1. "WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?"
Orders are packaged everyday and shipped. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, however, during periods of high demand please allow up to 5-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends and holidays do not begin processing time until the next business day.
2. "I RECEIVED A EMAIL/TEXT SAYING MY ORDER WAS ON THE WAY, BUT THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY ORDER IS STILL IN PRE-SHIPMENT. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS?"
As we print order invoices, we also print shipping labels. When customers orders are printed, a tracking number will be emailed immediately. The tracking will not update until USPS has your package and has processed the package in their system.
3. "MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING. PLEASE ADVISE."
Once packages have left our facility and in hands of USPS we have no control of the package. In most cases USPS has marked the package delivered before it has actually been delivered and customers receive their package later in the day or the next day. Please allow 1-2 business days to be sure your package is not trying to be redelivered by USPS. UNBROKEN REVIVE is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses or misplaced packages.
4. "I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE/WRONG PRODUCT FROM WHAT I ORDERED. HOW CAN THIS BE CORRECTED?"
If you have received a defective or wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us your order number and send a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) for our records. Garments must be unworn, unwashed and show no signs of wear. We will do our best to come to a resolution and make sure you receive the corrected item(s). 5. “I ACCIDENTALLY PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS BUT MY ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN FULFILLED. CAN THIS BE FIXED?”
We will not be able to change any addresses after orders have been fulfilled and shipped. Your package may or may not ship back to our facility. If your item(s) DO ship back to our facility, we will send you a invoice to repay for shipping and reship your item(s). If your items do NOT ship back to our facility, you will have to reorder your item(s). *We will not be held solely responsible.*
6. "IS MY UNBROKEN REVIVE GEAR MEN'S OR WOMEN'S SIZING?
All of our items are unisex sizing. Anything specifically made for either gender will be categorized on the site.
7. "I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT/FREE SHIPPING CODE. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS?"
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code. Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.
8. " I RECEIVED A SUSPICIOUS DM ASKING FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION, IS THIS LEGITIMATE?"
@UNBROKENREVIVE is our only verified page on Instagram. Any page posing as UNBROKEN REVIVE asking for any personal information including cash app or bank account info through DM is a scam. Please do NOT respond, we will not be held responsible!
9. "I PLACED A ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER. PLEASE ADVISE"
Please check your email spam folder. If you still haven't received one, email us your concern and order number.
PRICE CHANGES (SALES)
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted. Please note, items that have been marked down are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
It is uncommon but under the unfortunate circumstance that an item has been oversold and we are not able to ship said item with your order you will be refunded for the missing item and the remainder of your order will ship. If your whole order consists of oversold items you will be refunded shipping also.
