Shipping & Returns
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and 1-3 days for delivery, during periods of high demand please allow up to 5-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends and holidays do not begin processing time until the next business day. All orders are provided with tracking numbers once the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
- All orders are shipped via USPS.
- Please note that the shipping method you choose DOES NOT include the processing time.
- Also, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and will not refund shipping costs due to matters out of our control.
For all overseas orders, processing times are still the same 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on customers choice at checkout. *Estimation of 6-10 Days*
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions are granted only in the event that an item is believed to be the wrong size or posses a manufacturing default.
All returns and exchanges must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of stains, deodorant or any signs of wear). Customer will need to provide images of the item(s) for our records.
If you have received a defective or wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will do our best to come to a resolution and make sure you receive the corrected item(s).
Incorrect/Invalid Shipping Address:
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please make sure all information given is correct at checkout. There are no address changes once your order has been confirmed. If your item(s) are returned because of an incorrect or invalid address, you will be charged to reship your package(s).
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship everything through USPS, please contact your local post office for more information on your item(s).
